Unlimited Moving

No regrets! Everything went as promised. Items were picked up on time and delivered on time. Communication is great. The office staff promptly addressed any concerns and Tommy the Driver kept me updated on the ETA. The ground staff for the unloading showed up on time, unloaded things and helped unbox and placed items both large and small.
Moving cost was about $1500 cheaper than a Uhaul moving box. In fact I put a pencil to the move and I couldn’t have rented a truck, load, unload and drive 2400 miles plus hotel and meals as cheap as Unlimited. Another plus is that when dealing with Unlimited you are not dealing with brokers who constantly call or email and depending upon the company you will get torpedoed by expensive fine print. Been there and done that. A royal pain!
Would I use Unlimited Movers again? Yes, without hesitation.

The sales representative was very helpful. However, I am very dissatisfied with the additional charge they put $300 for long carry because they couldn't get 18 wheel semi truck in apt community. 18 wheel semi truck is too big and cannot enter 80% of apt communities. So if you booking with them, be sure to pay extra $200-$400 for long carry or arranging delivery in small truck at destination. The boxes did not came in good condition. I saw the delivery guy delivering the dining table glass top box with additional 2 heavy weight boxes on it on dolly. I wouldn't book them and wouldn't suggest anyone. I would rather pay correct charge upfront and be relaxed rather than thinking how much additional they will cost you at destination (and belive me you do not have option at destination than to pay and take ur stuff).
There was lack of communication on status of delivery date. I just give full points to their sales representative who was very kind to my requests.

Hi, I found Unlimited moving from researching movers with good reviews. I call a few companies with good credentials, ended up going with Unlimited moving do to the on-site visual estimate that was performed. It gave me the added comfort I needed as my last moving experince was horrible. Everyone that I dealt with from this company were knowledgable and curteous. The movers Eric, Pelle and Mito well I couldn't have been any more satisfied with there service. All my items arrived on time and without damage. Thank you so much all of you at Unlimited Moving for being an honest company that knows there trade.

Right from the first contact via email and phone, Unlimited Moving was fast to respond, helpful and efficient. Pelle and Noe arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. They were friendly and cheerful despite the horrible weather we experienced throughout our move - on and off rain and very windy - the men were professional and very hard-working. We were not nearly as prepared and organized for this move as we would have liked, but the guys were very patient and got the job done.

Let me start by saying that I ended up using another service for my move, the key reason was due to a personal referral for another company.
However, let me say that I have a huge amount of respect for the salesman that worked on my quote.  Zero hassle, open, honest, he even took the time to help me with the reviewing of other moving companies.  
I can honestly say that I would have used Unlimited, if it wasn't for the personal reference from a friend.

Honestly, I expected and resigned myself to a chaotic move with a mess left behind after the move and some kind of damage to my furniture. I thought the move would get dragged out and that I would have to have a standby creative way of telling our movers to stop lofting around and get to work. Needless to say, my worries were simply energy -draining and unwarranted. The gentlemen we had were absolutely amazing! They were very professional, friendly, efficient and treated my things as if they were theirs. Can't begin to tell you how extremely pleased we were with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Unlimited Moving to anyone. As a matter of fact, I already have.

I was very happy with my son's move. The movers were quick, and very pleasant. Everyone involved was honest and forthright. It was a very good experience. I thought all of the lead times were appropriate for such a long move. Unlimited moving gave me a very reasonable price just perfect for my budget and they were honest. I never got the feeling that they were trying to nickle and dime I was right at 12k pounds in moving freight. Everything was professionally boxed very well and protected. I recommend doing your homework and having a place at your destination where you can dispose boxes quickly. Nothing was missing during the move and I was able to have my boxes labeled. The movers all said yes ma'am and no ma'am and were generally polite and professional. Also the person who came to the house to give me the estimated price was very professional and very knowledgeable. Overall, I'd recommend unlimited moving for any move. Thank you guys.
